RETURN/EXCHANGE
POLICY
You
will not be charged if the item you ordered is out of stock. Your creditcard is
charged only when your item is shipped.
When you place your order, you have authorized your creditcard for the amount of
the order. IT HAS NOT BEEN CHARGED It is in"PENDING" status. If your order is
NOT CHARGED, then the charged amount will automatically drop off from your
creditcard in a few days. Your ORDER will be "charged" when the item is
shipped.
If an item
is returned for exchange and the replacement item is sold out, store credit will
be issue WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. EXCHANGE ONLY OR STORE CREDIT. Please note
that factories and suppliers do not accept returns, and therefore is a difficult
issue for retailers who sell formal wear. It is costly for items that are
returned for exchanges (item cost, shipping cost, processing time, merchant
creditcard cost).
Please note that all Apparel items and Store Credit
cannot be exchanged or used for Skin Care products.
ARN (Authorization Return Number)
Before
sending an item back, customer must obtain a Return Authorization
Number (ARN). To receive the ARN, please call 213 2218417 or send email to
discountdressup@yahoo.com. The ARN# must be obtained
within 24 hours from the date of which the item(s) was DELIVERED as shown
on the US Postal Service website. Discountdressup MUST RECEIVE the returned
item(s) within 7 days from the date the ARN# was issued OR the item will be sent
back to the sender. Please write the ARN on the OUTSIDE of the return package
under your return address. All packages that DO NOT have the ARN# on the outside
of the box below the return address WILL BE REFUSED and sent back to the sender.
Please complete and print the ITEM RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM for returns AND
include this form when sending your item back. The IRAF is available online.
Please note that all Shipping Charge to return the item is the responsibility of
the sender.
FOR EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE, COLOR OR STYLE:
WE ACCEPT EXCHANGE FOR ONE TIME ONLY. THERE
WILL BE A RESTOCKING FEE OF 25%, IT WILL BE
DEDUCTED ONLY FROM THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE DRESS. SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES ARE
NOT INCLUDED. A STORE CREDIT WILL ONLY BE ISSUED UPON RECEIPT OF THE RETURNED
ITEMS ONLY IF IT IS STILL IN THE SAME CONDITIONS AS DELIVERED.

THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES:
1.
If you need another dress size or color, BEFORE we receive your dress back. Please
place another order for the new size or color and when we receive your dress back in the
required allotted time, we will issue you a refund for the first
order minus the 25% restocking fee.
If
you received free shipping and want to return the merchandise, the shipping
cost will be deducted from your refund. "Free shipping is awarded under
the condition of purchase".
2. If
you want to exchange for a different style.

For all dresses priced at $150.00 and over.

If you need to just return the item.
All
Exchanged Items will be charged a Shipping and Handling Fee as per our
Shipping and Handling Policy. Discount Coupons and
Free Shipping Coupons are not valid for exchange
orders.
If your
item is returned for exchange for another dress and the style is sold out,
Store Credit will be issued that can be use within one year on any other style
dress.
In addition
to the Restocking Fee, if
you received free shipping and want to return the item, the shipping
cost will be deducted from your refund. "Free shipping is awarded with
the condition of purchase".
Please note that exchange dresses of the
same color maybe be a different shade (of the same color) from the original dress order.
Defective
Items
All our items are
thoroughly check before shipment, In the event that the item you received is
defective,
you may send it back to us (within the return period) and we will check
the item and if found defective, we replace it free of charge. Sorry No refunds,
Exchange only.
Clearance
Items
Clearance
items can be exchanged for other clearance items only
Please

Return / Refund Policy
As an Industry Standard
for special occasion wear, we have a NO REFUND, STORE CREDIT ONLY
policy. Store credit is valid for one year.
All items are thoroughly inspected before shipping.
* Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable.
* Replacement exchanged items can not be returned for exchange/refund.
* Bras, undergarments, can not be returned.
* Returned dresses will be inspected thoroughly and signs of wear, odors (such
as perfume), stains, or damage and any missing tags will
DISQUALIFIED the item for exchange/store-credit. The item will then be RETURNED at the expense of the customer.
Order
Cancellation Policy
If item status is
showing "Ready to Order" then you may cancel without any fee.
If item status is showing "Ordered" or "Received" there will be
30% cancellation fee.
If item status is showing "Paid/Shipped" then it can not be cancelled.
