1) What
forms of payment do you accept?
Discountdressup.com accepts Visa, MasterCard
and DiscoverClub. We will accept money orders by special request. Please
note that when you place your order on our website, your credit
card company will put a hold on the dollar amount of your order. This amount is
on hold with your creditcard company.
Remember, your credit card will only be charged once your purchase is shipped
(never before that point). To pay by money order, or cashiers check, click
here.
2) Can
I order by phone or fax?
We no longer accept phone orders. Since our site is a Yahoo secured site, please place your order through our website . Please use our secure online shopping cart to order anytime.
3) Is
it safe to use my credit card on Discountdressup.com?
Absolutely. Shopping at Discountdressup.com
is 100% secure. Our site employs the latest version of Secure Socket Layer Technology
(SSL) to encrypt your information and help make sure that only you and authorized
Discountdressup.com representatives ever see it. In addition, we are a Yahoo! Shopping
Store, so you can be assured that shopping online at Discountdressup.com is
safe and secure.
4) Is
my personal information kept private?
Of Course. At Discountdressup.com,
we consider the information you choose to share with us extremely personal and
confidential. Our promise to you is that we will not share or sell any of your
information to any third party for any reason. We understand the frustrations of
junk mail and we adhere to this policy very
strictly.
5) How
much do you charge for shipping?
See our shipping
rates for domestic and International orders.
6) How
long will it take to receive my order?
The length of time it
takes to receive your order depends on the method of shipment and where the
shipment is going. We ship most orders within 3 day or you order placement. All USPS
Priority orders being shipped to the Continental U.S. will take only 2-3 business days to reach its
destination. All next day delivery orders are shipped by DHL overnight and by
USPS Express Mail to Alaska and Hawaii.
7) How
will I know my order was sent?
We will send you an email
with a tracking confirmation link in order to track you package once it has
been shipped. If you have not received an email tracking confirmation email,
then you order is still being processed.
8) What if my dress doesn't fit?
We ask that our customers be familiar with our
Exchange Policy as there are no refunds given under any circumstances.

9) When
is my credit card charged?
Upon your order being
place your credit card puts a HOLD on the amount of your charge. Your credit
card has not been charged until we actually ship your order. All orders are subject to
verification and must all credit cards are required to have a CVV number.
10) Does
Discountdressup.com sell factory seconds or irregulars?
No. Discountdressup.com
only sells absolutely NEW DRESSES of the highest quality designer style merchandise. The dress styles
that we offer,
are the same or similar as those found in many of the finest department stores and specialty
shops.
11) Do
you sell gift certificates?
Discountdressup.com gift
certificates can be found at the bottom of our pages, called "Gift
Certificates" link of our site, and are available in several different
denominations.
To order and send a gift certificate simply:
1) Select the denomination you wish to purchase
2) Add the Gift Certificate to your Shopping Bag and proceed to checkout
3) In the "SEND TO" section, enter the recipient's name and email
address for delivery
4) Enter the sender's name and an optional message in the "COMMENT"
section
Please note:
* A coupon code will be sent to the individual by email.
* Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash.
* Gift Certificates must be used in their entirety upon purchase
12) How
do I use my coupon code?
To use the promotional code you have, please follow these steps:
- Choose the items you wish to purchase
- When you have finished shopping, click on your shopping bag. The items you
are ready to buy will be listed. Click on "Check Out".
- The next screen will show you the items you selected. Under your listed
items will be a field that says, "COUPON CODE"
- Enter the promotional code you wish to use, fill out necessary information
and then click "Continue".
- Your promotional code will be automatically applied on the review Order
page.
Please note: Promotional codes can only be used once and cannot be combined
with any other discount or promotion.
13) How does the insurance
policy work?
We strongly recommend that
our customers purchase insurance for your dress. Insurance is $3.00 for most dresses. Insurance is covered by discountdressup.com and in
the event that your package is lost, we will send a replacement dress provided that the USPS tracking number
does not have any record on your package. We do not offer refunds. If your order is insured,
we are only able to send a replacement dress or issue you store credit.
