For a perfect fit, just take a few
minutes to accurately measure yourself.

think you know your measurements.
Keep the measuring tape comfortably

sizes, order the larger size. It's that simple! If you don't have
a measuring tape, just use a piece of string or a belt and after

arms, around the fullest part of chest.
WAIST. Measure around the
natural waistline.
HIPS. Measure around the
fullest part of the body, usually at the top of legs, about 7-9"
below natural waistline.
