ALL ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES ARE FROM USPS. IT IS OUR EXPERIENCE WITH USPS THAT 95% OF THEIR DELIVERY TIMES ARE ACCURATE. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE POST OFFICE DELIVERY SCHEDULE. If you purchased Insurance, we will replace the item in the package if it is lost. Sorry no refunds. Proof of delivery is when your package is shown as delivered on the USPS.com website. We suggest that you provide plenty of time for your dress to arrive.

If your orders was not delivered on time, due to Post Office delays and you missed your event, (this is beyond our control) and you would like to send your dress back, we can issue you store credit only. Sorry NO REFUNDS. Please note that dresses with the following letters after the style number ARE NOT RETURNABLE:  nox, dq, sal (for example 2007nox,  2013dq, 1150sal). We would highly suggest that you check your measurements BEFORE orders from our size chart for each of these 3 types of styles.
